We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. Special order items are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Crain Auto Electric honors the manufacturer’s factory warranty on all products. Warranty claims must be submitted within the specified warranty period and may require manufacturer inspection and approval.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all warranty returns.
We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Crain Auto Electric shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
